Unity means strength
Every machine Uniloy markets is unique: developed to meet specific demands of the industrial reference sector and, the moment it is introduced onto the market, it is innovative for performance, technological solutions and productivity. These are the foundations on which Uniloy has developed the co-design concept: in collaboration with its customers and in partnership with its suppliers, Uniloy is able to develop, from a wide range of tested processes and technologies, an ideal product, attentive towards the particular needs of the reference sector (from the Automotive to the Medical, from the Industrial to the Consumer).

Furthermore, Uniloy offers its customers a know how developed over four decades to analyse existing products, proposing to improve the aesthetic qualities and increase the entire productivity.

Idea making
During the Open House, Uniloy invites the blow molding world to visit its production sites: customers, suppliers, consultants, technicians and business partners get together to view the new machines, know the latest technological developments, and strengthen relationships with the company staff.

The Open House is not an institutional event and neither a technological display (even though the operating machines play a leading role), it is above all a moment of overall comparison on the thematic that Uniloy shares with its customers and partners. Relationships are strengthened, strategies and research subjects are set up, always with one common point of view: the product that will be purchased by the end user.

Synergy is the key word: research synergy, and also synergy in the definition of the production process, efficient along all the supply chain; from the plastic granule up to the finished product on sale.

It’s a matter of principle
Application >> Process >> Technology: this is the concept on which the Uniloy Milacron organization is founded on. For each project, the analysis starts from the finished product to be blow molded: the container, bottle, tank. Their needs are the same needs of the customers that use the Uniloy machines and so at the basis of the technological research. Following this operative criteria, Uniloy has identified five industrial sectors (the Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, Medical, Technical). Within which the characteristics are homogeneous and has developed (for each) a variety of productive processes, a total of eight! Each process is then “customized” to meet the demand of each single user through a detailed analysis and constant implementation of numerous partners.

With Uniloy you can choose the most suitable process to transform the granule in the finished product!
