Inge has been present on the market since 1947 and is devoted to the production of primary packaging in thermoplastic
material for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, diagnostics and household consumer goods sectors. The Company’s long experience has brought a constant qualitative and quantitative development of the technical and productive potentials. The 270 registered patents in Italy and worldwide witness the company orientation towards constant product
improvement, research for new solutions, technical and technological update.
What are Inge’s strengths on the market?
Citterio: First of all its long experience, and besides, the company policy towards improvement and updating that permits us to have updated technology, specific know-how in different productive sectors: molding and injection with about twenty presses, a third of which are clean room dedicated to one particular production; the injection and blowing division with 7 machines, all Uniloy and finally two presses for injection/stretch/blow, one of which is brand new. Inge also owns a mold construction workshop and produces its own molds for its production divisions: injection, blowing, injection blow and injection/stretch/blow. Our injection mold area is made up of about 1.300 units. There are machines for screen and pad printing processes for the packaging divisions for automatic and blister assembling works. The application sectors served can be divided into following categories:

Quality production or customer services. What is more important today?
Citterio: Absolutely both. The market is extremely demanding in both directions. Quality is a must and has been the company choice for decades. The ISO 9001 certificate has been in force for ten years; the Vision 2000 took over with the Swiss certifier corporation SQS and the operations in the company are supervised by an attentive and equipped Quality Control. With regard to extra services offered to the customers, we provide a warehouse that enables us to offer our customers alternative solutions according to their logistics.

Citterio: We are living in an era of continuous evolution dictated by market changes that assume more vast frontiers. Inge believes that it is important to incline towards exclusive products and high added value sector productions.
