Our product design specialists, fully supported by CAD/CAM technology, can work with you from any stage of development to bring your concept to a finished product. When necessary, we can fabricate a prototype of your container and coordinate a sample run before you begin production to assure that our design perfectly matches your machinery and end product specifications.
• Mold Making: Rely on Uniloy complete mold construction services to design, qualify, and produce your molds. Our precision molds help you meet productivity requirements while retaining high quality standards. Our expert mold makers manufacture your mold on advanced CNC equipment to assure structural integrity and volumetric consistency. With three shifts to serve you, we can deliver your precise, durable molds with minimal turn around time.
• Mold Parts: Uniloy offers an extensive inventory of the most frequently used mold tooling parts for Uniloy machines. Custom tooling can also be produced for your applications, quickly and cost effectively, in our own machining facility. All mold tooling is crafted with the most current methods, and uses the highest quality materials for longer life and lower product cycle cost.

• Repair and Reconditioning: Backed by our technology and experience, you can expect your Uniloy molds to give you outstanding performance for years. When the time comes, we can restore older molds to their original peak operating condition at a fraction of the cost of full replacement with our complete reconditioning service. Our dedicated repair and reconditioning staff is committed to minimizing your downtime, and when necessary, we can even make emergency repairs overnight.
• Rental Program: We offer a convenient dairy mold rental program that can keep your plant up and running when one of your molds is out of service. For dairy molders, this program offers one gallon and half gallon stock container molds with the most common neck rings. Single and double station trim tooling is also available upon request.
