SPC/QC - Statistic Process Control / Quality Control

Stable production processes, with parameters that are maintained within the fixed limits, generate a constant quality product. This is the principle on which the quality control QC and statistic process control SPC are based.

The operator can set appropriate range for the significant process parameters and decide what action to take automatically if the system notices any values outside the fixed limits: from a simple message, up to the machine stop. All the cycles are memorized, so as to associate them to the produced piece for a complete tracking of the production.

The statistic process control permits the acquisition (according to a sampling criteria freely set up by the customer) and statistic elaboration of the process parameters of the machine. The graphics of immediate comprehension are then elaborated for the main statistic variables (average, variance, etc.) and the parameters of production are calculated as Cp e Cpk.

SPC and QC are a useful instrument of verification and development of stability and repetition of production that is essential for the qualitative certification of the production. This is a further guarantee for the final customer.
