Two accumulator heads and a single extruder for a double cavity configuration: here is the cost-effective answer to high production requirements. The Dual Dynamic Manifold guarantees a perfect flow balance and identical melt conditions to each accumulator head. Extreme versatility is granted by the independent control of all functions (shot size, parison profile, blowing parameters), allowing to produce different items on each cavity, or even to run one cavity only.

Double head configurations are available on the whole range of accumulator head technologies of Uniloy Milacron, as well as on the continuous extrusion with parison transfer technologies (UMC.PT Series).
