Model: UMS 300.D

The largest continuous extrusion machine with 300 kN shuttling clamp unit, able to produce from 30 liters stackable jerry-cans in a 1+1 cavity to small containers in 14+14 cavities configuration. Head and extruder have been designed to process VHMWPE, while the innovative TCS, Thickness Compensation System, allows a perfect profiling of the container wall thickness. A very compact footprint has been obtained thanks to the 2D take-out unit, that brings the containers from the second post cooling station onto a linear conveyor. User friendly interface control, accessibility to all components are the key-words of this giant.
